Welcome to Cactus & Clove, founded by Kelsey Schmitt in 2017. Kelsey is a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian since 2015, specializing in eating disorder treatment and recovery. With many years of experience in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient eating disorder treatment centers, she brings a wealth of knowledge to guide you on your journey.
At Cactus & Clove, Kelsey offers personalized nutrition therapy for eating disorders, general disordered eating, and body image concerns. Embracing principles from Intuitive Eating and adopting a weight-neutral approach, clients are provided with a safe and nurturing environment to explore their relationship with food and their body.
For those interested, Cactus & Clove also offers faith-based nutrition counseling, providing additional support for clients seeking to integrate a biblical approach into their food and body image healing.
